NYS Thruway to exit 19. Exit the traffic circle onto Washington Avenue. Proceed on Washington Avenue to the 3rd traffic light and turn left onto North Front Street. Proceed on N. Front Street for 2 blocks and turn right into the municipal parking lot between Nekos-Dedrick’s Pharmacy and Joseph Cohen Optometrist.
